VIDEO AVALIABLE OF THIS PROPERTY
A superb quality large family home on the very sort after private urbanisation of Monte Corona close to the costal town of Gandia, with its 23kms of award winning golden sandy beaches.
This huge 364m2 five-bedroom villa sits on an elevated yet very flat plot towards the top of the urbanisation.
The villa was constructed in 2006 but remains in an absolutely perfect condition. The attractive and well-maintained gardens are very secluded and private, allowing one to feel completely relaxed whilst taking in the stunning scenery and views out across the orange groves to the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. The main garden has a large and fully heated pool, complete with a roll on and off electrically operated insulated cover.
The outside and gardens are immaculately kept, as are the outside kitchen, and shower areas.
The driveway is entered from the road by private wrought iron electric gates. There is also a good size garage with up and over door beneath the villa which can also be accessed directly from the road. The property has complete access around the entire perimeter. The crazy pave driveway allows parking for several vehicles and also allows access to the main villa via an ornate solid oak door which opens into a well-lit hallway. From here you can turn right where you will find two large double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large fitted walk-in wardrobe section with adjoining large fully tiled ensuite bathroom and full-size bath. The second bedroom also has large built-in wardrobes and a large fully tiled shower room. From this main entrance you will also find a lovely fully tiles WC, and fully tiled stairs to access both the upper and lower levels.
On the lower level there is a huge store room with ample built-in wardrobe space, access to the main garage and finally a large well presented technical room where you will find the incredibly neat and professional installations of the villas main heating system and associated boiler, all of the inverter compressor units for the villa’s air conditioning, and finally the clean and tidy installation of the swimming pool operating and cleaning system. This area keeps all of the equipment together making it easy for maintenance and reducing any noises that might otherwise be heard when the equipment is running.
Returning back up the main stairs to the top floor you will find a good size double bedroom with a large fully tiled ensuite bathroom with corner bath. The hallway also has its own fully tiled WC. From this level there is access to a wonderful fully rustic look tiled roof terrace which allow fantastic views out towards the Mediterranean coast.
An excellent spot for summer evening chillout parties, sun bathing or an external dining area.
Back down the stairs between these floors will take you back into the main entrance hall now we now have a choice of entering out onto the beautifully designed undercover and ample terraced area, or in towards the kitchen, dining and large lounge areas.
If we turn right, we enter into a lovely kitchen with plenty of storage, beautiful polished granite worktops and a lovely feature solid marble sink unit. There is large double size oven, hob and extractor and display cabinet all built into and around dark oak solid units.
The lounge dining area is huge, with tradition Valencian styled ceilings and a large feature open log burning fireplace.
The area is nice and bright with two large framed windows and French style doors which lead out onto the wonderful undercover terrace with a lovely office or could be possible fourth bedroom.
The entire villa floor is covered in a beautiful rustic style ceramic floor tile, giving the whole villa a lovely warm feeling upon entering.
The main villa has a fantastic large undercover terrace to the rear of the property looks out over the garden, pool and out to sea. A perfect spot for entertaining or dining Al Fresco with friends and family.
The outside gardens and paths have all been professionally laid with a local stone crazy paving, again adding to that smart, but also rustic feel. The gardens have an array of different types of Mediterranean plants, yuccas, palms and bushes, all extremely well kept and relatively low maintenance.
This home is absolutely first class and a credit to its current owners who had the property built to their specifications in the year 2006.
Viewings highly recommended.
